The general contractor of Arena DOM is PeKaBud - Morasko Sp. z o.o., a highly experienced and recognized company, which handed over about 6,000 apartments to users during the years 1988-2006.

The design of the investment was executed by "Litoborski-Marciniak" Sp. z o.o. Architectural Design Studio.


The project is fully secured financially. We guarantee effective completion of the investment regardless of the number of apartments sold. Customers' payments will be collected on a special fiduciary account at PKO BP Bank, which cannot be used by our company in running its statutory business activities.

We offer the following financial scheme to our customers buying apartments and commercial premises:

- first installment amounting to 10% of the total gross price, payable within 30 days of the effective date of preliminary agreement

- the remaining part of the price payable in monthly or quarterly installments until completion of the investment.

Delivery of the investment is scheduled for the 1st quarter of 2010.
